Do not let the candle burn when you are not around. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Not edible. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition.
Wooden wicks, being less flammable than traditional rope or cotton wicks, may go out shortly after the first lighting of the candle. Make sure the flame is alive and the wax underneath is starting to melt.
