Shipping policy

Shipping within Italy is always free for orders over €35. The shipping cost for orders outside of Italy is €5.

Your order will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and entrusted to the courier who will deliver it within 3 working days. Deliveries are guaranteed by the courier within this timeframe, excluding holidays, pre-holidays, and exceptional cases.

If your order includes pre-order items, it may be shipped in multiple shipments, according to availability. This allows us to be faster and deliver your order as soon as possible. So don't worry if you receive only part of the items you have chosen; the others will arrive in a different shipment.
