My candle won't stay lit
Don't worry: our candles do not contain chemical accelerators for the flame. It is normal for the wood of the wick to require multiple ignitions to generate a living flame. Heat the candle a little and try again by holding the flame on the wick a little longer. If it still causes problems you can pass the flame of the lighter over the surface and try again. When lighting the candle for the first time, keep the candle lit for at least an hour, enough time for the wax "pool" to create under the wick. Make sure there are no drafts or drafts directed at the flame.
I can't light my candle anymore
If you can no longer light your candle because you can't reach the wick, try using a match or a long barrel lighter. If improper lighting has led to the creation of a tunnel that causes your wick to go out quickly, you will need to remove any excess wax around the edges until the surface of the candle is even again.
