I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER, AND I WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY/CANCEL IT, HOW CAN I DO IT?

All orders placed on moonlightcandles.it cannot be modified, therefore it is not possible to change quantity/size and/or add/remove items. It is not possible to cancel your purchase independently. However, if you wish to cancel the order, write directly to our customer service info@moonlightcandles.it). You will be notified if your purchase may be deleted from our system.

I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?

Discount codes must be entered in the field dedicated to Promotional Codes during checkout processing, i.e. after entering the shipping and billing data, followed by the "Apply" button.

HOW CAN I PAY ON MOONLIGHTCANDLES.IT?

The payments accepted by moonlightcandles.it are: PayPal, Credit Card (via Woocommerce Stripe).

PAYPAL

If you have a Paypal account, Moonlight Candles gives you the opportunity to make payments directly using the email and password with which you registered on www.paypal.com.

CREDIT CARD

Stripe allows all users who do not have a PayPal account and need to make payments via the service to make payments via credit card or prepaid card. Then select the "Credit or debit card" option even when you want to pay by credit card.

Payments are processed by the Stripe server which will under no circumstances communicate your credit card details to Moonlight Candles. In any case, the payment can ONLY be refunded to the same card used to make the purchase. We also remind you that the card used must be in the name of the same person placing the order.
