HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The cost of shipping within the national territory is always free for orders over €35. The shipping cost for orders outside the national territory is €5.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Your order will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and entrusted to the courier who will deliver within 3 working days. Deliveries are guaranteed by the courier with this timing excluding holidays, pre-holidays and exceptional cases.

If your order includes pre-order items it may be shipped in multiple shipments, subject to availability. This allows us to be faster and deliver your order to you as soon as possible. So don't worry if you will only receive part of the items you have chosen, the others will arrive in a different shipment.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER FINDS NO ONE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, he will repeat the delivery for three consecutive days, each time leaving a notification with the necessary instructions. Moonlight Candles will then contact you via email. In order to avoid unpleasant delays in delivery, it is best to provide a valid mobile number so that you can be contacted directly by the courier or by Moonlight Candles in the event of non-delivery.


I DON'T LIVE IN ITALY, WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country.


I LIVE ON AN ISLAND, ARE THERE ANY INCREASE ON SHIPPING COSTS?

No, shipping costs are the same for the entire Italian territory, but consider that shipping to the smaller islands could lead to a delay of 2 to 4 working days on the standard times.


CAN I CHOOSE A SHIPPING ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF THE CARD HOLDER?

Yes, you can choose a shipping address different from that of the credit card holder with whom the purchase is made (you can use this option, for example if you want the items to be delivered to your workplace).


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS?

The shipping address indicates the shipping destination, i.e. where the order is delivered, while the billing address corresponds to the details linked to the credit card used for payment. The shipping address may be different from the billing address.


HOW CAN I CHECK THE SHIPPING STATUS?

Once shipped, Moonlight Candles will send you an email notification which will allow you to monitor the status of the shipment via a link to the courier (order tracking).


MY ORDER CONTAINS A GIFT. HOW CAN I HAVE IT DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT?

It is necessary to choose the "gift" option when confirming your order (if available) and enter the recipient's address before continuing with the payment. The recipient will receive the chosen product in a special package and, if you leave a message, he will find it in a dedicated card signed by Moonlight Candles. The accompanying invoice will not contain any amount.
